What is and is not in this list
This is the complete set of differences the pipeline has observed between two published queue snapshots. Each row is a change to a filing: a status the ISO restated, a request that moved to withdrawn or cancelled, or a nameplate figure the developer revised.
The first scan on August 27, 2026 stored a baseline for 3,054 requests. Those are first observations, not observed movement — there was no earlier snapshot to compare them to, so they are excluded here rather than inflating the count.
MW figures are nameplate as filed. A request leaving the queue does not mean capacity is obtainable at that location; verify with the ISO before relying on any row.
